Citadel Framing Contractors is a veteran- and law-enforcement-owned framing subcontractor specializing in residential rough carpentry, custom roof framing, and select commercial light-gauge metal stud framing. We work with custom-home builders, design-build firms, and general contractors who value clear scopes, jobsite discipline, and craftsmanship built around the plans.
Wood-framed walls, floors, ceilings, structural openings, sheathing, additions, accessory dwelling units, and renovation framing. Labor-only proposals available for professional builders.
Roof framing and rough carpentry
Conventional rafters, roof framing assemblies, truss installation, and related structural carpentry as specified by the approved plans.
Commercial Metal Stud Framing
Select interior light-gauge metal stud framing scopes for tenant improvements, office and retail build-outs, and adaptive-reuse projects. Availability and scope are reviewed project by project.
Partitions, rough openings, soffits, bulkheads, chases, and framing support are coordinated with approved plans, field measurements, MEP requirements, and superintendent direction.
Framing Bids & Coordination
Labor estimates informed by available plans, defined inclusions and exclusions, material responsibilities, site access, sequencing, and project-specific coordination.
Our primary clients are custom-home builders, design-build contractors, remodelers, and commercial general contractors. We evaluate labor-only scopes where the GC or owner supplies materials, with responsibilities clearly defined in the proposal.
